Studio Policies

To make the most of your ride please keep the following in mind.

Late Policy

  • We have a strict no-late entry policy.

  • We ask that you are setup on your bike 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

  • If you are not in the studio 5 minutes prior to the start of class we may give your bike away to individuals on our stand-by waitlist.

  • We close the studio door 2 minutes prior to the start of class time.

No Re-entry Policy

  • If you must leave a class at bespoke for any reason, there will be no re-entry in to the class. Leaving and returning to a class causes a distraction to both other riders and instructors. If you must leave please speak to one of our front desk staff and they will gladly help you rebook into another class.

Booking/Cancellation Policy

  • The booking window for all classes closes 30 minutes prior to the start of a class, however please feel free to drop-in 15 minutes before class to sign-up.

  • We have an 8-hour cancellation, meaning if you cancel your bike with less than 8 hours prior to your scheduled class or do not show for a ride, one ride credit will be removed from your account. No exceptions.

  • If you have a membership and do not show up for a ride or cancel within the 8-hour cancellation window your card on file will automatically be charged our non-refundable no show fee of $15+tax .

Wait List Policy

  • Up to 8 hours before class
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. In order to be added to a waitlist you must have a credit 0n your account. If a bike becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class according to your position on the list up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled class. If you are added to a class from a waitlist you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will be redeemed if you are successful in securing a bike or held up until the online waitlist expires. Our 8-hour cancellation policy and no show policy both still apply.

  • 8 hours - 30 minutes before class
If a bike becomes available, a member of the bespoke team will call the phone number on file, according to your position on the list. If you confirm that you would like to book the available bike, you will be added to the class. If you do not wish to book, or do not answer, you will not be added to the class and we will call the next rider on the list.

  • 30 minutes - 5 minutes before class

When the studio opens 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class, any riders who show-up not signed up for a full class will be added to the walk-in waitlist. The walk-in waitlist operates on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to physically come into the studio, phone requests will no longer be accepted 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. The front of house staff will make a list of riders, in the order in which they arrived. 5 minutes before the class is set to begin, bespoke staff will re-allocate available bikes to the walk-in waitlist.

General Etiquette:

  • Tech Free Zone

This 45-minutes is about you, and only you. We kindly ask that all electronics such as cellphones be safely stored in your locker. Sweaty selfies can be snapped after class!

  • Smartwatches

We know our riders love seeing how hard they worked, and we totally get it! We ask that all smartwatches be dimmed to lowest setting or placed on airplane or theatre mode so it’s not a distraction for other riders.

  • No Cross Talk

We know how exciting class is and how you might want to share that with riders next to you. We kindly ask that all conversation be held to the end of class (post stretch). That said, we encourage you to hoot and holler to let the instructor know you are digging your class or that killer track they just dropped!

Pregnancy Policy:

  • We have had women ride with us almost up to their due dates, we please ask you to inform the instructor if you are expecting.

*fine print : If you are new to exercising we strongly recommend that you consult with your physician before starting any new physical activity regime.
